Meet our Team

Committee Member

Beth is a dedicated Occupational Therapist at SPOT Rehabilitation, specializing in working with children throughout her entire career. She resides in St. Cloud with her husband, Dean, and their beloved dog, Luna. Beth is also a proud mother of two young women living in St. Paul and Asheville, NC.

Beth is passionate about helping kids make progress and achieve milestones they previously found challenging. Her dedication to her work is driven by the joy she feels when she sees children accomplish new things.

Beth is excited to join Andre & Friends, aiming to support families and their children in taking moments to realize their hopes and dreams. She believes in helping them enjoy life, be a family, and continue to move forward together.

Committee Member 

Annie Newville is the parent of two children, one who has autism spectrum disorder.  She has over ten years of experience on advisory councils.  Annie is currently a member on the Benton Stearns Education District Special Education Advisory Council, the Minnesota Special Education Advisory Panel, and the Minnesota Department of Education Comprehensive System of Personnel Development workgroup. She joined the board of Andre & Friends to help create an inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities and their families and a community that values their participation and contributions. 

Volunteer Coordinator 

Carolynn’s goal is to help as many people as possible. Her passion for ensuring everyone is treated equally and providing essential information to make life easier drives her work at Andre & Friends. With a true joy in helping others, Carolynn brings warmth and dedication to every interaction. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her family and friends. She shares her home with a dog named Milo and a one-eyed kitty named Emmie. Carolynn looks forward to witnessing the positive impact Andre & Friends has on the community. 

TREASURER

Michelle comes to us with the most infectious smile and contagious laugh that we have ever had the pleasure of being around.

Along with her dependable and compassionate demeanor, Michelle joins Andre & Friends Board of Directors as the Treasurer of our organization. Her experience in the financial industry will help us ensure we remain financially sound and fiscally responsible stewards in the nonprofit world.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys hanging out with her family, with her nieces and nephews being the center of her world. She loves to bowl, dance and being in lighthearted, fun loving atmospheres and is always ready to have a good time. 

Secretary - Board of Directors

Kirsten has a doctorate in physical therapy from St. Catherine's University. She is a full-time physical therapist at SPOT Rehabilitation and Homecare, where she is also a proud co-owner.

Kirsten is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. Her compassionate approach and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to the team.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kirsten is a devoted mother to two adult children. She enjoys traveling, gardening, camping, quilting, and all things DIY. These hobbies reflect her creative spirit and love for continuous learning and personal growth.

Kirsten brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive outlook to every aspect of her life, both at work and at home. She is excited to be part of the Andre and Friends community and looks forward to making a positive impact through her expertise and passion.
